Biography
Hello! My name is Neal Tailor. I am a hard-working and innovative BSc Product Design graduate from De Montfort University, actively seeking new opportunities to work in design fields.
I have developed diverse skillsets through work experiences in design for manufacturing and point-of-sale companies, based in the United Kingdom and China. Through these work experiences, I have demonstrated extensive knowledge and competence using design packages, including Solidworks, Creo Parametric, Autodesk Inventor, Keyshot and Adobe Creative Suite. I also showed a strong ability to foster good relationships with colleagues and work within a multidisciplinary team.
I am always seeking to develop myself professionally and am currently extending my skills in a range of creative packages, including Blender, Rhino and Autodesk 3DS Max.
As illustrated in my portfolio, I have a creative approach to designing and developing products ranging from solar-powered chargers to skin moisturiser dispensers. Feedback from clients and tutors has identified a particular aptitude for problem-solving and strategically overcoming complex challenges. I am a determined individual with a commitment to deliver the best possible outcomes. I value feedback and advice from others with different expertise and reflect continuously to progress my designs.
